And what's more, the 2,800,000 sq.m of farmland is located in the 60,000,000 sq.m of the Tombola woodlands, which is now a protected area of the San Rossore Park.
Two farmhouses and several outbuildings have been lovingly restored to provide accommodation which is ideal for people who wish to spend a holiday of complete relaxation in the countryside in touch with nature, by the sea. The two farmhouses have been named after the families who made the farm's history by working the land for almost half a century - ‘La Cascina di Celso e Clotilde’ (Celso and Clothilde’s Farmhouse) and ‘La Cascina di Gino e Lorenzina’ (Gino and Lorenzina’s Farmhouse). The outbuildings, which were used as stalls for the animals, have been named after the farmyard animals who sheltered there – ‘Il Casottino’ (the little house) of the pigs, the ducks, the rabbits....
The holiday homes are all situated in a park of more than ten thousand square metres with pine and fruit trees, and each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, large private bathroom, air conditioning and heating, and much more ...
Not just the charm of the farmhouse
After the careful restoration of the rural buildings and the total reconstruction of the agricultural outbuildings, the farm now offers various types of elegant and peaceful accommodation, all of which are surrounded by the greenery of the pine woods.
